    The Post-Pandemic Workspace Landscape

The post-pandemic landscape has given rise to remote and hybrid work models that are here to stay. Research shows that 91% of polled employees seek work flexibility, while 39% reported they would change their jobs if forced to go back to full time in-office work. However, while employees look for flexibility they also consistently report their desire for connectivity: disconnection from company culture and poor team communication are often cited as top reasons for leaving a place of work.

This webinar presented by the Financial Times in partnership with RingCentral will explore the challenges and strategies in creating a connected and productive ‘work-from-anywhere’ environment. The discussion will evaluate what is needed to progress from the forced remote work of the pandemic to a dynamic, productive and intentional hybrid work strategy and will be focused around the concerns of HR Directors, Transformation Directors and CIOs.
